Rashes on belly part red and black maybe because of summer. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 23 days old | 30 lbs

Belle may have a skin infection (bacterial or fungal) or it could be a result of insect bites. Check her over for fleas or evidence of flea dirt and consider treating her for fleas just to be sure. Have her examined by your veterinarian to diagnose and treat any infection. If she is licking or chewing, place an e-collar (cone) on her until she sees the vet.
