What is this small pinkish-purple growth near my dog's mouth, under the snout? She is currently suffering from and being treated for ringworms as well. Is this a tumour of some sort? Please help

This appears to either be a blister or a small mass. You can try placing a cold compress on the area for 5 minutes if tolerated twice daily. I would not recommend topical Neosporin becuase of the location and the likelihood that it will just be licked off. Monitor the area for the next 7-10 days. If it is a blister it wil slowly go down on its own. If it does not, then it is a skin mass and the next steps would be to have it tested through your vet. It really does look like a blister so we can be hopeful for that. Best of luck with your pet Hyper and best wishes moving forward. Take care!
