Poor DuDu! Blood in urine (haematuria) is a symptom compatible with various diseases. It could be compatible with: lower urinary tract inflammation/infection, bladder neoplasia or polyps, bladder stones, renal diseases, vaginal diseases. Inappetence and lethargy are possibly secondary to the disease causing the blood in the urine. I suggest to collect a urine sample and bring DuDu to your local vet asap for a full physical examination. Please post again on the forum if you would like to discuss it further. I hope my answer was helpful. Good luck.
