My dog has skin bumps and flaky skin. Ringworm medicine not working.

Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 85 lbs

I took Ruckers to the vet and she do the skin scrape on him so there was no mites or ruled out mange the problem is there is bumps some of them are quarter round and size almost and at the top of them is flaky skin on the hair on his back the vet said she was going to treat it as ringworm I got the Medicine did As Told and nothing happened still same problem what should I do????

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The anti-fungal medications can sometimes take several days to a week or so to see a dramatic improvement so if Ruckas just started the treatment, I would give it a good week. After another week and you still do not see any improvement, you may revisit with Ruckas's veterinarian to discuss other causes such as a bacterial infection or perhaps due to a seasonal allergy or food allergy as a cause for the skin lesions.
