Why is my puppy's irritated eye getting worse after vet drops?

Hello my puppy got dust in her eye and it became irritated we took her to the vet and they gave us eyedrops, it’s been 2 weeks and her eye has gotten worse! Any idea of what it could be? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs

I would have to examine the eye in-person, but it appears that Nala has corneal edema causing the cloudiness. This happens with trauma to the eye and infections. It is not a permanent change, but if there is enough damage it can form a scar. It's best to have Nala rechecked by your vet. They can stain the eye and look for any evidence of ulceration, or infection. I hope that helps and Nala gets better soon.
