I am sorry to hear about your dog. I would recommend taking him in to the vet as soon as possible, including the emergency vet if your vet isn't open. This could be corneal edema or a corneal ulceration. We could also possibly have trauma within the eye that we cannot see due to the cloudiness of the cornea, such as bleeding of retinal vessels or trauma to the optic nerve and the earlier the eye is treated the better the chance of healing and preserving vision.
