Kitten bit by dog in face, now sneezing a lot. Should I worry?

My kitten was bit by a dog in the face and is now sneezing a lot. Looks like the tooth punctured the nasal cavity. The bleeding has stopped and the kitten seems ok but it's sneezing a lot now. Should i worry
