Need help getting my cat to stop yowling at night to go out so we can sleep as usual. He's 13, neutered, always been in/out cat, just wanted weather makes him more restless! Calming collar doesn't work & can't afford pheromone diffuser. Please help ASAP. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 13 years and 1 month old | 9 lbs
