My dog has new skin bumps after being outside. Do I need a vet?

Worried my dog was outside and didn’t have these until recently and they just started becoming more noticeable curious as to what this is do I need to take her to emergency vet. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | 9 months and 28 days old | 55 lbs

These look like an acute allergic reaction to something she has come in contact with or insect bites and would be expected to resolve uneventfully. Monitor for any distress or breathing difficulties but these are very rare
