She is on heat and shes axtive in the day time but at night she sleeps a lot and is really lazy and she mated this morning can it have an affect on her looking sick and being lazy and speeling

Being in heat can cause behavioural changes in dogs, as long as they are not too extreme and the dog is otherwise well I would not worry too much. Quite often when in heat dogs well be lethargic and not want to eat very much.

I am sorry to hear about your dog. If you feel she is lethargic and acting sick I would recommend a visit to the vet to have her examined. Usually dogs in heat are actually more active than they are otherwise, so I would be concerned something else is going on with her.
