My dog has tick fever. Can these ticks from strays or walks cause it?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 5 months old

I am attaching the some photos of tick actually i owe dog at home and he is vaccinated but i also have 3 stray dogs at my shop and they got lot of tick as shown in attach photos... My dog at home he got babesia anaplasma or babaesia canis and is on doxycycline so my question is my dog at home got tick fever from these tick or he also goes on walk so he get it from walk? Ticks shown in photo can cause tick fever?

These ticks can cause tick fever, i cannot know what is the source of the tick infestation but either way your dog must be protected with a high quality product against ticks such as Bravecto tablet or Seresto collar.
