My cat has rodent ulcers. What to do if I can't afford a vet?

I think my daughter cat has severe rodent ulcers infection. I can't bring him to a vet. How do I help him??

Poor kitty! Unfortunately he needs to see a vet to be treated. This condition often requires oral or injectable steroids for treatment, which is not available over the counter.
