My young puppy is sick, not eating, vomiting. Should I go to emergency vet?

Puppy pug started to get uncomfortable last night, won’t eat or drink today, slightly shivering and lethargic. Has gone in hot weather then cool in house. Bowel movement was fine this morning and just vomited water and now is sleeping with no shaking...keeping warm. Thinking weather change made his stomachs upset or was bit by something. Should I see how he does later before going to emergency since it is the holiday? Our vet is closed. He hasn’t been exposed to anything in the house or animals. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 22 days old | 2.5 lbs

He is so young that you do not want to wait long if he is ill. It is very easy for him to become dehydrated.
