My puppy bit someone; now his mouth bleeds, hurts, and won't open.

My puppy bite someone yesterday. Now he is bleeding from his mouth and tilting his head in pain. He is not really opening his mouth and his breathe smells really bad. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 months and 19 days old | 21 lbs

It is possible, based on your description, that Monkey broke a tooth yesterday when he bit the person as puppy teeth break quite easily.
