My cat hasn't pooped in 2 days and is straining. Is she constipated?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old

My cat haven;t poop for 2 days, she started drinking and eating from yesterday but for past 3-4 days she wast not anything nor drinking. She haven't poop for 2 days. She went to washroom thrice but nothing happens. I am scared. :(

Straining but failing to pass anything can indicate severe inflammation, swelling or obstruction and should be checked by your vet, a rectal exam and possibly xrays of the pelvis would be required to investigate fully. It is a good sign her appetite is returning but I recommend a check up to be sure
