My cat's stomach wound won't heal after 1.5 years; what's this worm?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 3 years and 3 months old | 5 lbs

Sisters cat jumped out of a broken window and cut her stomach small nick stayed opened last 1yr and 6mos later it stil bleeds from time to time cat acted normal playful now she loosening hair around cut and flys keep fallow her gave her a bath and 1 worm with red head and red line running through it came out the cut dosent look 2be a Maggot or any other kind ive seen come out a animal dead or alive and the cat never acts like its in pain

Please have this assessed by a vet as soon as possible, this wound is not going to heal itself at this stage and it is possible there is still fragments of glass or other debris in the wound preventing closure. The insect infestation could lead to severe infection also and surgical repair is recommended as soon as possible
