How often and long to stimulate puppies if mom isn't licking?

Pet's info: Dog | Saint Bernard | Female | 140 lbs

Hey dog had puppies last week but isnt licking them or stimulating them. We have been taking them in a doing it ourselves but want to know how often and how long to do it for. She is feeding thdm good and always wants to be with them and hasnt rejected any.

You usually only need to do this to help them eliminate for the first 2-3 weeks. After that, they will go on their own.
