My cats are fighting after one reached maturity. How can I stop it?

Aggie has been attacking my partners 12 year old cat more lately now he has reached his prime and it is really starting to become a problem, is there anything I can do? Aggie has been temporarily confined to one room of the house while the other cat (Mumbles) gets to roam free, what can I do to stop the fighting? Its so sad. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 years and 8 months old
