My dog won't eat 3 days after dental surgery. Is this normal?

It’s been about 3 days since her dental surgery and she won’t eat but can drink water. Should I be worried? She’s currently on Clavamox and Tramadol. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 5 years and 8 months old | 18 lbs

Try feeding her some sloppy soup with rice and white boiled chicken, or canned dog food. You may have to sit next to her and entice her to eat. Be patient, she will start eating . The Tramadol sometimes will not work very well, so she may be in pain.
