My dog has a pimple or cyst by its nose. What is it and how to treat?

My dog has a pimple/cyst like by his nose, what could this be? How can it be treated or how to clean it that way it doesn't get infected more?

This is a skin growth and I order to get rid of it, Duke would have to have surgery to remove it. You can talk to your veterinarian about scheduling it. In the meantime, since it is so close to his eye- you should only gently wipe it with water if needed. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
