My Budgie has a red color blister type of thingy on her leg. Can you please help me ??

Without seeing a photo, it is hard to tell what is going on. You can resubmit your question with a photo attached, schedule a consult with one of our vets, or seek out the care of a vet in person. Blisters can be from a number of things including injury, a burn, infection on the leg, parasites, etc. Keeping the area clean and dry with the use of a clean washcloth, and keeping Raymond from picking at the area may help it to heal, or keep it from getting worse until a vet can take a look.
