Pregnant stray dog with injury and prolapse: Can she deliver?

We have a dog that showed up at our home she is clearly pregnant and seems to have some sort of back injury and also has what looks like a prolapsed uterus maybe? After much googling I'm wondering if she will be able to have the pups naturally? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed

Not seeing a picture of the condition and not being able to give your dog a thorough exam, it is not possible to answer your question. However I suggest you take her to your vet on Tuesday, who can examine her and give you an idea whether she will be able to have the pups naturally and what is wrong with her vulva. If she is pregnant the uterus cannot be prolapsed, but she could have a prolapsed vagina, which is caused by the connective tissue that holds the vagina inside being very weak. So it would be best to have her checked by your vet.
