Should I worry about a bulge near my recently spayed cat's incision?

hi i have a problem with my recently spayed cat.she has been spayed for 10 days now, and i just noticed that she has some kind of bulging around her surgery site.its almost as a size of a penny. i did not notice any infection or any weakness in my cat.should i worry? also i called the clinick and they said it is normal.do i need any extra care for my cat? it will be very nice of you if you answer. thanks for your attention.

Some mild swelling is quite common but any pain, discomfort or discharge requires veterinary assessment. Monitor closely, it should reduce in size over 3-5days if fluid build up but may require surgical repair if not resolving
