My 4-year-old dog screams when her back leg is pulled. What's wrong?

I have English crooker spanial female age 4 yrs n weight 19 kg. Her back legs pains . Today I was playing with her n I pulled her back leg she screamed very badly. She walks sometimes pulling her back leg... I don't know what is it. She eats properly, medication is up to date n vet said nothing much. But I am worried with her pain. Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 5 months old

Naughty would likely need to have x-rays to rule our hip dysplasia and a torn cruciate ligament. In the interim, you should keep Naughty quiet and rested to prevent further injury.
