My 4-year-old dog screams when her back leg is pulled. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 5 months old

I have English crooker spanial female age 4 yrs n weight 19 kg. Her back legs pains . Today I was playing with her n I pulled her back leg she screamed very badly. She walks sometimes pulling her back leg... I don't know what is it. She eats properly, medication is up to date n vet said nothing much. But I am worried with her pain.

Hello, sorry to hear about Naughty. There are multiple potential causes for this pain which could be associated with hip pain or knee pain. Naughty would likely need to have x-rays to rule our hip dysplasia and a torn cruciate ligament. In the interim, you should keep Naughty quiet and rested to prevent further injury. She may need to have pain medications and anti-inflammatories to decreased the source of pain. Hope this helps and best of luck.
