My dog is acting strange (I’ve researched it and he’s displaying depressive symptoms). He’s also been panting and licking things frequently. I’m worried about him. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 7 months old | 54 lbs

These sound like neurological symptoms but the symptoms are quite general, you will need to take him to the vet in order to have him checked and have a blood test done to start with, hopefully this will reveal something that can help with the diagnosis.
