Why does my senior dog have brown, peeling, oily belly spots?

My dog has brownish flat spots on her belly it started really small and now it’s all over her stomach chest area. She is 14. It seems to be peeling in some areas but doesn’t feel really dry. It almost feels oily. What could it be? How can I fix it? Pet's info: Dog | Schnoodle | Female | spayed | 14 years and 4 months old | 9 lbs

Judging from the picture you provided, I suspect that Baby may be dealing with a bacterial skin infection. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Baby so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. Baby will likely need to go on a course of an oral antibiotic and topical therapy such as a shampoo and spray. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
