My dog bit his private area and it's bleeding. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 10 lbs

My dog was biting himself and he bit his balls and now the thin layer of skin is off there was blood but not much I cleaned and put ointment on it was tropical ointment

Poor Royce! That small area will likely heal as long as he doesn't continue to lick or bite at it. You can put a cone collar on him to prevent this if needed. You can continue to put some Neosporin on it twice a day to help it heal. If it isn't getting better or if he continues to itch, I would have your vet take a look at him. I hope this helps!
