My 5-month-old puppy vomited white. What should I do and feed him?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 5 lbs

Hi my 5 month old pup SHADOW vomits this evening. It was whitish in color. He was acting bit aggresively from then. What should we do. And what should we give him to eat tonight. Please help !!!

I would just give him a small dose of plain white boneless skinless chicken and white rice to help settle his tummy. If he is acting lethargic or continues to have vomiting or diarrhea, I would have a vet take a look at him. Small dogs like him can quickly get dehydrated. I hope this helps and he starts to feel better soon!

    Poor Melo sounds sick! I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps him. Withhold food for 6 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
