Pet's info: Cat | Egyptian Mau | Female | unspayed
Hi, We have this stray kitten that doesn’t belong to no one, she comes to our house looking for food. She sits on the couches and once, happened to poop on it. I’m concerned about the couch as it could be contaminated and should be thrown away? But I’m more concerned that while cleaning up her poop I accidentally touched it, but I immediately rushed to wash my hands with soap and water. Can that cause diseases to me?

Just clean it up and disinfect the spot on the couch. Wash your hands afterwards. You do not need to throw the couch away nor do you need to worry about etting sick if you washed your hands, You may want to have her spayed, vaccinated and adopt her to live with you. Provide her with a litter box and show it to her and she will be happy to have her own toilet.
