Why won't my 3-month-old puppy's skin allergy go away after treatment?

My puppy having skin allergy since 3 month nothing better any after treatment .changes 3 doctor prescription

Allergies arfe very uncommon under 6 months of age as the immune system is still developing and unlikely to have responded this early. Mange, contact irritations, food sensitivity and yeast infections are more likely. Please provide more information on the medications and tests used already so we can try and help further but a skin scrape or biopsy will likely be required in order to determine the underlying cause as well as any infections in the damaged skin which would further complicate recovery
