My dog vomited a week after spay surgery. Should I be concerned?

My dog got spayed a week ago. I wanted to know if she is getting an infection. She did vomit yesterday. Should I be concerned.

The wound looks quite healthy but there is a small amount of not completely clear discharge coming out from it. I cannot see any skin sutures as well. I would recommend an immediate check up to determine if skin sutures were removed accidentally (by licking it). Antibiotics (local) may be needed.
