Why does my dog get so excited and jump on me inside Petco?

We have an 11 year old mixed breed. She is wonderful at home and whenwe go to the dog park but when we go into Petco she goes crazy and starts jumping on me and not listening. Help please Any suggestions? She is 85. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 11 years old | 85 lbs

She smells a lot of exciting things there , food , other animals. I suggest you do not take her with you for two reasons: 1( you do not need her to learn that she can jump at you and misbehave. So the best is not to even expose her to that situation 2) there are many dogs there and you do not know their health and vaccination status. It is quite possible for your dog to pick up some condition, This is valid for all situations in which she could come in contact with dogs you do not know, and she would not even have to sniff them or engage in physical contact. I think this will solve the problems.
