My puppy won't stop licking and jumping on people. What can I do?

My puppy likes to lick and jump on everyone. What can we do to stop this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 3 months and 28 days old | 7 lbs

I would recommend using a spray bottle filled with water and spray Zhuri in the face whenever this behavior occurs and say "off!". You can also use an empty can filled with coins and shake it loudly whenever this behavior occurs and say "off!". I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
