My dog chews his growing warts. Are they serious or need removal?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 19 lbs

My dog has warts on his side, he's had them since he was a few months old, he's 3 yrs old now. He likes to chew them raw and they have gotten bigger.

I would recommend having these removed. Mainly because Jango won't leave them alone, they have grown and we cannot say if they are cancerous or not unless we have a biopsy. Your vet can remove this and then send it out to the lab to have the pathologist review it. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
