I just got a new kitten and he is going to be an outdoor cat and he keeps coming to the door and crying how do I stop this behavior

Forcing a kitten to live outdoors alone is cruel. He is afraid without mama and siblings and you should really take him inside for feeding and lovings. If you are not willing to do this you should find someone to give him this.
