My cat has blood in stool. Should I call ER vet or wait until morning?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 7 years and 6 months old | 10 lbs

My 8 y.o female cat has blood un her stool. I will take her to vet but should I call emergency vet ir wait for her regular vet in the morning?

Hello, if you have only noted a single blood clot, then this can wait to see her veterinarian in the morning. If she develops active bleeding, diarrhea, vomiting, or decreased appetite overnight then you should see your ER veterinarian tonight. Hope this helps and best of luck.
