My dog is scratching from mites and losing fur. What should I do?

Is there anything that I can do to help soothe my Doberman. She has mites, loss of fur on her back sides with sores, constant scratching. I do use a medicated shampoo on her. I do have another dog that hasn't been affected. Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Female | unspayed

If this is not working, then she will need to see her veterinarian. She may have a secondary bacterial infection on her skin causing the itching. This will require an antibiotic to treat.
