Why are my puppies sick, not eating, and possibly ate insulation?

I have two puppies who been sick one for the last three days and the second one just started this afternoon. They haven't eaten anything including human sandwich lunch meat just drinking water. I believe they have torn up insulation but not swallowed it I can't be for certain. What is going on? First photo is the boy my bear the second photo is the girl my little princess. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 5 days old | 20 lbs

It sounds as your puppies are suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking them to the vet the first chance you get, they will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection they will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
