Is my 9-month-old Dalmatian's diet healthy? What should I feed him?

I think my Dalmatian is bored of eating similar diet everyday. Milk and rice 2 times a day. And we give him raw vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber etc. We also give him one fist full of pedigree. What else can we give him to eat? He is 9 months old healthy male Dalmatian. Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 26 days old | 30 lbs

This is an extremely bad diet for your dog, you must give hima lot of meat, in fact meat needs to be the majority of what he eats. you should not give him any milk, vegetables are fine (excluding onions, garlic).
