My budgie can't stand or balance. What's wrong with his legs?

My budgie is 2 months old (app) he can't stand on his legs. He can fly, eat but cant balance on his own legs and His legs seem weak pls suggest me home remedies because there are no vets near me. Ty. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female
