Hello, and thank you for your question! No, seborrheic dermatitic cannot be transferred to a cat, unless the underlying cause was infectious, such as ringworm, or lice. If your cat is having similar signs of flaking skin or itchiness, I would recommend getting her to a vet for a checkup. They can perform tests such as a skin scraping or cytology or fungal culture to determine the cause and prescribe the appropriate treatment. I hope this helps!
