Injured stray puppy's ear is hurting, he's crying. How can I help?

Hello. A stray dog was injured in a fight about a week ago. There was injury in his ear. He was doing fine till today, he began whining n braking badly it has not stopped from more than 5 hours. He's stray people are not helping him. He must be 4 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male
