My kitten is lifeless, won't eat, breathing hard. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 24 days old | 3 lbs

I have kitten that’s really young between 3 -7 weeks, he’s the runt and at first he was fine.. now he’s acting lifeless and won’t eat and he looks like he’s having trouble breathing :(

The symptom you are describing are very concerning and Titan might be in great danger. He needs immediate vet attention. While you are traveling to the vet keep him warm (wrap him in a blanket).
