My dog's groomer cuts won't heal due to licking. What can I do?

My maltese has 3 little cuts near her priviate area from the groomer for almost a week now bc she keeps on licking it so the cuts are not drying up and going away. Is there anything I can put on it or do to take care of this so they dry up and go away? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | spayed | 2 years and 4 months old

The most important thing to try to make these go away will be preventing her from getting at them and you can easily do that by having her wear an e-collar which you may obtain from your local pet store or online. Also, you could use triple antibiotic ointment on these for 3-5 days. This will likely take care of this issue. Good luck and have a good night!
