My cat is vomiting everything he has eaten in last 5 days, no blood in vomit. He is 9

This is very concerning. Your cat may be suffering from pancreatitis, hyperthyroidism or severe gastritis or an intestinal blockage, By now this is an emergency and you will need to take your cat to a vet right away. Do not wait until the weekend or after , as your cat may even get sicker considering no food is being held. This can cause hyerlipidemia in addition to her illness and is life threatening. Please take Frankie in to a vet now,

    Your cat needs to be seen by your vet immediately. He may have a bacterial or viral infection, he may have swallowed something he shouldn't have that is irritating or obstructing his gi tract, there are a number of possibilities. Left untreated, his condition could be life-threatening. If cats don't eat even for a few days they can suffer liver damage.
