My French Bulldog has red, itchy testicles. What should I do?

Good day. Our 10 month old French Bulldog has an odd look to his testicles. He is mostly an apartment living dog with daily outside play. We check for bite marks etc after each excursion. We are monitoring this situation but as soon as we touch it, it seems as if it is itchy for him. He is a healthy dog otherwise. Any advice would be appreciated. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 18 days old | 26 lbs

It looks like there is a small amount of erythema (redness) on the scrotum. This could be from licking/itching/scratching at the area. You could try putting some triple antibiotic ointment on the area and see if that helps. Also, watch Gimli closely to make sure he is not itching/licking excessively. I hope this helps.
