I adopted my dog 4 months ago. He is a 2 year old goldendoodle. He hates his food!!! What is the best brand food for him? How do I change foods? Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 35 lbs

Hello, congratulations on Keeper. There actually isn't a "best brand" in dog food and all of it is relative to what your pet needs. Most dogs are house pets now a days, this means their energy requirement does not need more than the caloric intake any adult commercial diet can provide as long as it is approved by AAFCO. You can find this stamp of approval on the back of any commercial diet. If his current diet does not satisfy him, you may try any other commercial adult maintenance diet until you find one that he likes the most and you can try a variety of wet vs dry food. Ideally, each diet change should be done over 3-4 days. Hope this helps and best of luck.
