I suspect that the lump may be where injections were given, but it would be best to ask your veterinarian about this when they are available Depending on how long ago the injections were given, it may indicate any infection. If the injections were given recently (within the last 1-3 days), then I would not worry too much about it and just monitor it for now. If the lump is still there two weeks after the injections were given, or continues to grow, then I would recommend having your vet evaluate it sometime soon.
