My cat makes strange noises and can only squeak when meowing.

My cat has started making noises when he sleeps or starts purring kind of like a bulldog type of sound. He’s also pretty much totally lost his voice unless he’s really trying to meow, and then just a squeak comes out. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 14 years and 3 months old | 16.5 lbs
