Cash takes nausea & pain meds as needed prescrib. by our vet, he has GI issues(were not sure what exactly is wrong so trying trial & error b4 more tests) I posted a previous question & he recommended to give him a probiotic to help, but which probiotic would be best for my yorkie w/ history of GI issues? And any probiotic would be fine/safe to take with any prescription meds that we have from the vet correct? I’m assuming it is but want to be sure & not have to schedule another appt just to ask

There are several excellent probiotics out there. My favorites are Purina Fortiflora and Proviable by Nutramax. And yes, probiotics are considered safe to give with virtually all medications. Best of luck to you and Cash!
